Very disappointed with customer service. Selected a sports jacket, wanted alterations to make deeper inside pockets so airplane tickets and travel documents could be carried more securely. Clerk said there would be additional cost, but owner wasn't in and he would check with him and call back. Never called. Had feeling like they thought they were doing me a favor.
