Payless, Downtown Albany, 1950

Olde Towne Cafe operates in the same building that Payless did in 1950. In fact, it used to be Payless' the lunch counter. Payless was the first Albany company that ever went on the New York Stock Exchange (Rod & Russell Tripp).
