"A Learning Center in Downtown Corvallis"
Squirrel’s Tavern was opened in 1974 by Greg Little who graduated OSU in 1973. It has an elegant atmosphere, abounding with custom made wood tables from Eastern Oregon. The back of the bar is hand-carved oak from Germany, built in the early 1900’s. Squirrel’s Tavern has a full lunch menu, dinner specials at night, and comfortable booths to study in. There's plenty of fun to be had upstairs with pool tables, foosball, and Ms. Pacman. Squirrel’s Tavern prides itself on being a cross section of cultures, where people of different lifestyles can come together and learn.

Nicest bar owner I've ever met. I had my 21st here in 1980, and now living in Portland, still come back to visit. One of my best memories, and to let you know the kind of place this is, I was watching a Rambling Rex & Terry Robb concert, and somehow lost my wallet with all my money, and ID. The bar was packed, yet the next morning, my wallet was safe and sound behind the bar. The best place left in Corvallis, bar none. God bless the ones who have left this earth, and friends of Squirrels, James Alexander, Billy Taylor, Susie Brown, James Bradshaw, Steve Ferguson, and Tommy C. (More...)
